Shipping & Returns
We offer shipping with USPS (2-3 day First Class or Priority) on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. We try our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. If you need an expedited shipping (overnight) best to call us, as shipping costs vary.
ENJOY FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $99 or more in USA (excluding expedited shipping).
How do I send a return or get an exchange?
Please look at our size chart (see at bottom of page for link) to minimize returns or call us with questions!
1) Email us at email@example.com with your order # and item(s) you wish to return, and reason.
2) Customer service will issue you a prepaid return USPS shipping label via email. Tape on return label and put in mailbox.
Exchanges: Please place a new order online with the free shipping code we send via email. We will refund your original form of payment when we receive the items being returned.
To receive a refund, all items must be unworn with all original tags and packaging attached. Returns must be shipped within 20 days from the purchase date for a refund to be issued back to the original method of payment.
Outlet sale styles are final sales (no returns).
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you a confirmation of refund.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items shipped directly by www.littlemisstennis.com If you purchased an item from another website or retail location, you will need to return this according to that retailer's policies.How can I track my package?
Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us.Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note we can't take returns on international orders outside of USA. You may be charged a VAT or duty import fee by your country postal service. See shipping cost at checkout, we ship USPS Intl Priority or First Class which takes 7-15 business days. Please email us if you have questions on sizing!

If you notice a mistake on your order or need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, most errors can be changed.
