Refund policy

How do I send a return?

Please look at our size chart to minimize returns!

1) Email us at customerservice@littlemisstennis.com with your order # and item(s) you wish to return.
2) Customer service will issue you a prepaid return USPS shipping label via email.
3) Print and apply the label to any appropriate shipping envelope or box.
4) Drop your package off at any post office, or arrange for a postal pickup at your house or mailbox.

Once we receive your returned item, we will email you a confirmation of refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks in some cases for your refund to be processed and shown on your bank statement.

PLEASE NOTE: To receive a refund, all items must be unworn with all original tags and packaging attached. Returns must be shipped within 20 days from the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price to be issued back to the original method of payment. Outlet sale styles are FINAL sales. More than 10 items returned from a single order will incur a restocking fee.

To exchange, please place a new order for the item wanted and return your previous purchase via the instructions above.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items shipped directly by www.littlemisstennis.com If you purchased an item from another website or retail location, you will need to return this according to that retailer's policies.
